Product Description

The APIX body for 10 frames is made of food-grade polystyrene (PPS, foam) with a density of 100 kg per cubic meter.

The body for a 145 mm frame is made in one piece. Two bodies allow for a 300 mm frame to be set up.
The body has a thickness of 40 mm at its narrowest point. The internal size is 450*385 mm.

The body is very sturdy; you can work with a chisel around the entire perimeter (a 1 mm groove is made). Thanks to the high density of the material, bees do not chew through the hive.

The surface of the product is smooth and does not require any pre-treatment before painting. It can be painted with any facade paint.

All bodies have grooves for dividing into two sections (into two compartments for 5 frames each).
