Product Description
The high roof of the hive allows for early spring feeding.
The roof has indentations for strap ties and also has a groove that allows the roof to connect with the bottom of another hive without disrupting ventilation.
The bottom has two ventilation holes.
There is a groove for dividing the hive in half, with each half having its own flight hole.
The body consists of 4 parts and is assembled without glue.
The connection system of the body parts can withstand multiple assemblies.
Material: high-quality food-grade polystyrene foam with a density of 100 kg/m³
The body is strong and can be worked on with a chisel. Due to the high density of the material, bees do not gnaw at the hive.
The surface of the product is smooth and does not require pre-treatment before painting.
It has grooves for splitting in half (into two compartments for 3 frames each).
