Product Description
The high roof of the hive allows for early spring feeding.
The roof has grooves for tie-down straps and also features a recess that allows the roof to connect with the bottom of another hive without disrupting ventilation.
The bottom has two ventilation holes.
A groove allows the hive to be split in half, with each half having its own flight hole.
The body consists of 4 parts, assembled without glue.
The connection system of the body parts allows for repeated assembly.
Material: high-quality food-grade polystyrene foam with a density of 100 kg / m³
The body is strong enough to work with a chisel, and due to the high density of the material, the bees do not gnaw the hive.
The surface of the product is smooth and does not require pre-treatment before painting.
